Connecticut lawmakers have introduced a bill that will legalize recreational marijuana. Richard Lowe explains what the marijuana reform bill would bring to Connecticut. Very importantly, this bill would expunge records for people in Connecticut convicted of marijuana possession.

Adults, over the age of 21, would be able to buy marijuana and grow cannabis at home. The newly elected Governor Ned Lamont is a strong support of marijuana legalization too.
