I hope you all have your fireworks and grill food prepped! I am Christine Sclafani with The National Marijuana News and I just love the 4th of July! And just for you, I am going to give you a super fun cannabis recipe that will make sure your firework finale is breathtaking.

I call them Cannabis Fused M-80s! Get it? There is a fuse on an M-80, so instead of infused, I went with fused… Nevermind. Anyways, on your grocery store run, look for those spring roll wrappers. They come in a stack of square doughs. Buy some cabbage, carrots, sprouts, or if you want to make it simple, just a bag of premade coleslaw mix.

If you want to add some protein, either buy chicken, ground beef or ground pork. At home, put a little water in a bowl and put the chopped up vegetable mix into it and microwave it for a few minutes. Saute whatever protein you want to use and season it. Take a wrapper and put a small spoonful of the steamed vegetables and protein in the wrapper from corner to corner. Evenly squirt a dropper full of cannabis oil into the veggies.

Then wet your fingers and touch the opposite corners of the wrappers to get them a little wet. Bring the two corners together over the veggies and lay them over one another so they stick together. Then roll from one of the loose corners until you make a spring roll shape. You may need to dab a little more water on it to make it stick together. Repeat the process with the rest of the wrappers. Then preheat your oven to 400 and line the rolls up on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve them with some plum sauce and sweet chilli sauce and by the time the fireworks start going off, everyone will be oohing and aahing.
